CNV CARD_BIKERS Card Promotion Regulations
All CNV CARD_BIKERS holders will be able to access the cave, by showing their card and booking in advance, for a number of entries equal to the subscription purchased. The CNV CARD is personal and non-transferable. The duration of the cave transit must not exceed 15 minutes.
Validity:
• The CARD is valid for 12 months from the date of subscription
The CNV CARD_BIKERS card has an issuance cost of €5.00.
For 2022, the Consortium gives it to you for free: you will therefore only pay the subscription fee according to the type of purchase 365 entries/year, 50 entries/year, 20 entries/year. The reduced subscription is dedicated to young people up to 18 years old and to those over 65.
PRIVACY NOTICE ON DATA PROCESSING FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF FIDELITY CARDS
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 (Personal Data Protection Code), we inform you that the personal data you provide or otherwise acquired at the time of subscription to the CNV CARD will be processed in compliance with current legislation and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of confidentiality provided therein. Data processing will be carried out using electronic and/or paper tools, according to logics strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case adopting procedures and measures suitable to protect their security and confidentiality. The processing of data will be aimed at carrying out the activities listed below:
a) issuance of the CNV CARD and management of activities that cannot be carried out anonymously and are necessary to allow subscribers to use and be recognized for the promotions dedicated to the CNV CARD
b) carrying out, subject to your express written consent, direct marketing activities, such as sending – including via e-mail, SMS, and WhatsApp – advertising material and communications with informational and/or promotional content relating to the services provided and/or events promoted by the Consorzio Natura Viva Sardegna
